We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations. If your location is not serviceable at checkout, delivery may not be available at that time.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays in Oman.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification email containing tracking details. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

The customer may be responsible for reshipping costs
